5. KYC, AML, and Compliance

6. Transactions
Users are responsible for confirming the accuracy of transaction details before submission, including recipient details, phone numbers, and account information. Once a transaction is submitted, reversal or cancellation may not be possible depending on processing status and partner systems.

Certain services may attract fees, charges, or partner-related costs. Where applicable, such charges will be disclosed through the application, website, or relevant transaction flow before completion.
8. Service Availability
We aim to provide reliable access to the Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, security events, partner downtime, regulatory actions, or technical failures.
9. Suspension and Termination
ZIIP Wallet may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Services where we reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorized access, breach of these Terms, legal or compliance concerns, or security risks.

All trademarks, branding, website content, software, and related intellectual property associated with ZIIP Wallet remain the property of ZIIP or its licensors unless otherwise stated.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZIIP Wallet shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption arising from use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13. Changes to the Terms
